Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?

No. It is common for people to start CrossFit without any athletic background. CrossFit is designed for people of all physical abilities. You can do CrossFit at any level of fitness, age and athletic background.

What is CrossFit? How are your classes structured?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program. It is defined as constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity.

Everyday we program a new workout (click WOD for examples) that is taught during our one hour classes. Every class is run by a coach who runs the warmup, teaches the movements in the workout and then leads cool-down. All of our classes are done in a group setting as we believe training with a community better motivates each individual.


Can I Do My Own Programming?

You are welcome to do your own programming during open gym hours. You may also do extra work during the class as long as you are not being disruptive (noise, equipment, etc.).


Do you offer drop-ins?

Yes, if you belong to a CrossFit. Drop-ins are $25. Tax Included. Drop-ins for CrossFit affiliate owners are free.

If you do not belong to a CrossFit affiliate and you want to drop in (for powerlifting, weightlifting etc.), contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate you.
