New to Crossfit

(Less than 3 months of CrossFit experience)

2) Meet with a coach and check out the gym

3) Complete our 4 tutorial classes*.

4) Join our CrossFit classes.

*Our tutorial classes will give you a basic grasp of CrossFit movements, as well expectations going into our CrossFit classes.

CrossFit Experience

(3+ months of CrossFit experience within the last year)

1) Contact us

2) Sign a wavier

3) Meet your coach & try a class (Show up 10-15 mins early)

4) Sign up

5) Join our CrossFit classes

Drop-In Policy

Drop-in classes are for members of other CrossFit affiliates only. If you own an affiliate, your drop-ins are on us.

If you wish to drop-in and do not belong to a CrossFit affiliate (i.e. for weightlifting, powerlifting, calisthenics etc.) please contact us in advance.
